One of the world's biggest little gaming companies is looking to employ a temporary Executive Assistant to support the management team in the Amsterdam Office for 32 hours per week. Guerrilla Games is a widely known Dutch video game developer and part of Playstation Studios. The company has been around for 20 years and has grown exponentially. With a staff of nearly 400 kind and creative people they are based in the center of Amsterdam. 

Since the Management Team consists of big creative thinkers, people with a huge sense of possibility, Guerrilla Games is looking for an EA who is down to earth and extremely good at planning and organizing. Someone who is flexible, very proficient in English and who loves to work with a team of creative people.

As an Executive Assistant within this company you will support the Management Team, consisting of an Art Studio Director, a Production Director and an Operations Director, who are all traveling extensively. We are looking for a flexible, service-oriented and independent person who is available for 32 hours a week.

What you will do as an EA at Guerrilla Games

• Answer and monitor calls and emails (in English); 
• Complex diary management of the management team; coordination and planning
• Planning and booking business trips, registration for upcoming industry conferences
• Organizing and scheduling meetings
• Liaising with EAs of external counterparties to arrange meetings
• Support for preparation of internal, external and international meetings
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Ad-hoc activities

What you need to succeed

• Availability of 32 hours per week
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in a comparable position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Flexibility and a focus on service 
• Great communication skills
• Extremely good organizational skills
• Kind personality
• Fun but professional attitude
• A keen eye for detail.
